Home Ministry plans AI-driven command centres for smart border management

Gist The Union Home Ministry is developing a technology-driven "smart border" architecture using artificial intelligence, sensors, and drones to monitor India's frontiers. This system will integrate live field surveillance inputs into unified command-and-control centres stretching from forward areas to New Delhi .
