Account deletion request भेजें
आप CAfy से अपना account और उससे जुड़ा personal data permanently delete करने की request कर सकते हैं। Request भेजने के लिए app installed रखना जरूरी नहीं है।
Deletion request कैसे भेजें
- नीचे दिए button से CAfy contact form खोलें।
- Request type में Privacy चुनें और message में “Delete my CAfy account” लिखें।
- Ownership verify करने के लिए अपने CAfy account में registered email address का उपयोग करें।
Account deletion request खोलें
आप अपने registered address से hello@cafy.in पर “Delete my CAfy account” subject के साथ email भी भेज सकते हैं।
क्या delete होगा
Verification के बाद हम आपका account profile, learning preferences, saved items, notes, reading progress, quiz और Test Series activity, notification installation records और account-linked learning data delete या anonymize करते हैं।
क्या retain किया जा सकता है
Legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing या dispute-resolution obligations के लिए limited records रखे जा सकते हैं। ऐसे records restricted रहते हैं, केवल जरूरी अवधि तक रखे जाते हैं और continuing learner profile के लिए इस्तेमाल नहीं होते।
Timing और confirmation
हम contact channel पर request acknowledge करते हैं, reasonable identity verification माँग सकते हैं और deletion पूरा होने पर confirmation भेजते हैं। Deletion permanent है और undo नहीं किया जा सकता।
