CAfy current-affairs और active-recall learning service है। यह policy बताती है कि service देने के लिए हम कौन-सी information इस्तेमाल करते हैं और आपके पास कौन-से choices हैं।
हम कौन-सी information collect करते हैं
- Account information: आपका email address, display name और sign-in method।
- Learning preferences: आपके चुने exams, subjects और digest preferences।
- Learning activity: saved articles, reading progress, quiz attempts, answers और recall statistics।
- Service information: CAfy चलाने और सुरक्षित रखने के लिए जरूरी security, request और error records।
Google sign-in
Google से जारी रखने पर CAfy केवल OpenID Connect identity information माँगता है: आपका unique Google account identifier, verified email address, name और basic profile। इसका उपयोग केवल CAfy account बनाने या खोजने और sign-in पूरा करने में होता है। CAfy को आपका Google password नहीं मिलता। Profile लाने वाला access token CAfy store नहीं करता।
हम information का उपयोग कैसे करते हैं
हम आपकी information authentication, learning flow personalization, progress save करने, recall insights calculate करने, security बनाए रखने, failures troubleshoot करने और reliability सुधारने के लिए इस्तेमाल करते हैं। हम Google user data बेचते या advertising में इस्तेमाल नहीं करते।
Usage analytics
CAfy page visits, navigation paths, device और referral information, feature usage, performance, errors और learner friction समझने के लिए Contentsquare और Google Analytics 4 इस्तेमाल करता है। Contentsquare clicks, scrolling और navigation जैसे interactions record कर सकता है। Personal data वाले authenticated areas और forms masked रहते हैं। हम account names, email addresses, passwords, support messages, quiz answers या article search text को custom analytics event properties के रूप में जानबूझकर नहीं भेजते।
Google advertising signals और ad personalization disabled रहते हैं। आप browser privacy settings से cookies और similar technologies सीमित कर सकते हैं, लेकिन इससे CAfy को उपलब्ध analytics information कम हो सकती है।
Information कब share होती है
CAfy चलाने में मदद करने वाले infrastructure और database providers अपने service terms और security controls के तहत information process कर सकते हैं। कानून की जरूरत या fraud, abuse या harm रोकने के लिए information disclose की जा सकती है। Providers Google sign-in data अपनी advertising में इस्तेमाल नहीं कर सकते।
Retention और security
Account active रहने तक और service, legal obligations, disputes तथा platform protection के लिए जरूरी अवधि तक account और learning data रखा जाता है। हम encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted service identities और secure session cookies इस्तेमाल करते हैं। कोई online service absolute security guarantee नहीं कर सकती।
आपके choices
आप Google की जगह email sign-in चुन सकते हैं और Google Account से CAfy access revoke कर सकते हैं। CAfy account data की access, correction या deletion request के लिए हमारा संपर्क करें. Request पूरा करने से पहले identity verify करनी पड़ सकती है।
Changes और contact
