ये terms CAfy के उपयोग पर लागू हैं। Account बनाकर या service इस्तेमाल करके आप इन terms और Privacy Policy से सहमत होते हैं।
Service
CAfy competitive-exam preparation के लिए current-affairs summaries, source context, quizzes और learning tools देता है। Content educational है और examination result की guarantee नहीं देता। जरूरी facts cited original और official sources से confirm करें।
आपका account
सही account information दें, account access सुरक्षित रखें और compromise की आशंका पर तुरंत बताएँ। Account से हुई activity की जिम्मेदारी आपकी है। Google sign-in optional है; email और password sign-in उपलब्ध रहता है।
Acceptable use
आपको ये नहीं करना चाहिए:
- CAfy का illegal उपयोग या किसी को harm, harass या deceive करना;
- access controls bypass करना, vulnerabilities probe करना या service disrupt करना;
- service पर बोझ डालने वाले scale पर automated copying या extraction करना;
- ऐसा material upload करना जिसका उपयोग करने का अधिकार आपके पास नहीं है; या
- CAfy content को official government या examination-board guidance बताना।
Content और sources
CAfy का interface, summaries, structure और original materials applicable intellectual-property laws से protected हैं। Third-party publications, trademarks और source materials अपने owners की property रहते हैं। Source reference endorsement नहीं है।
Availability और changes
हम CAfy के हिस्सों को improve, change, suspend या discontinue कर सकते हैं। Service accurate और available रखने की कोशिश होती है, लेकिन यह as-available basis पर मिलती है; uninterrupted access या हर summary error-free होने की promise नहीं है।
Suspension
Users, service या third-party rights बचाने या terms की material breach पर access restrict या suspend किया जा सकता है।
Contact और updates
